Prof. Agnieszka Cianciara presented a paper prepared as part of the Horizon Europe-funded SAUFEX project: “How Was France Established as a Champion of the European Fight Against Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI)?” She also participated in a panel dedicated to promoting the Oxford Handbook of Polish Politics.
Prof. Karolina Borońska-Hryniewiecka chaired the panel “The EU as a Multilevel Representative Democracy: Between Legitimacy and Contestation.” She also presented the results of research conducted as part of the EUDIS project she leads, delivering two presentations:
- “Responsibility for and Ownership of EU Democracy: Unravelling the Discursive Dynamics of Interparliamentary Relations”
- “Transnational Sovereigntists: How the European Right Mobilizes Across Borders to Contest EU Reform”
Participating in ECPR 2026 is not only an opportunity to present research findings, but also to exchange experiences, establish new contacts, and engage in discussions with researchers from various countries and academic institutions on the key processes shaping contemporary European politics.
